I mean no offense, insult, or disrespect to live2laugh, but מי אני(which, transliterated, would be "mi ani?"), actually means "who am I?". The Hebrew for the phrase "who are you?" would be (depending upon whether the speaker were addressing a male or a female) מי אתה ("mi ata"; male) or מי את ("mi at"; female), as you may find by looking the words up in any good Hebrew dictionary or phrasebook. The best answer to such a question would, to my mind, be to take out your wallet and look at your driver's license.

I have no reason to think that live2laugh would intentionally misinform you as to her qualifications, so in all likelihood she really does know what מי אני means, and merely misspoke on this occasion.
