I like a kid and I don't know if he likes me. A few of my friends thinks that he likes me and says I should ask him out. The only thing is that if he doesn't like me I don't want to look like an idiot. I mean is he really friendly with me, and I flirt with him a lot. I think he gives it back to me sometimes. Like today he was talking to me a lot at our 8th grade party. And I said be online and he said well I am going to the movies. And I said ok, but then he went I will be online before we go and if ur not on ur gonna get it. And he and I always talk and flirt and our Spanish teacher gets mad! We sit next to each other, and one of my friends asked his friend who her likes. And they said they can't tell. So she was like well does or did he like Elizabeth (me), and his friend said yes. Should I ask him who he likes, make the move or wait for him to make the move? HELP PLEASE!!!

Like I am very confident in myself, but around him when it comes to asking him out I can get very shy and quiet.

Do you think he might be afraid of asking you out for the same reason...doesn't want rejection? Ask him out, or risk some other girl getting him first.

Nothing venture nothing gain!

You're going to get disappointed a great many times in this life, so be prepared for that.

This is actually a very easy one. Ask him for something very minor -- like a Coke after school. He might have other arrangements, so if he says no, asking him on another couple of occasions. If he really wants to go, and can't at the times suggested, he'll suggest something else by the third time. If he doesn't, then forget about him.

Don't take rejection to heart if he's not willing. There's plenty more fish in the sea.

Remember this. You will never know the answer unless you believe in yourself and be brave enough to express yourself before it's too late.

The chance is there, don't let it slip away, I don't want you to regret.
