I'm going to list my symptoms.. I'm going crazy. I don't know what's wrong with me and it makes me so upset.

-Mid-back pain
-Lower abdominal pain on left and right side -- when they come they are sharp and stabbing -- but are only there for a few seconds at a time. The doc found a small complex cyst on my left ovary but is deciding to "wait it out" 3 more months before doing an ultra sound and wants me to go on birth control..but I don't think that's what's causing the pain as it is on both sides of my abdomen.
-Lately (past 5 months) chronic sinus problems -- 2 infections and right now congestion/cold-ish symptoms that I've had for what feels like forever (2 weeks) -- although I do have allergies.
-Shoulder joints hurt when I wake up, and have been randomly burning throughout the day along with my hip..
-Whenever I hit a bone on my hand, it hurts so easily and more than it ever did before.

I seriously am soo confused. Could it be previous antibiotics causing problems?

Forgot to add a few symptoms:

-cold feet sensations.. starting from the front of my ankles downwards
-When i have a bowel movement, I can't hold it in for long, I have to go right away
-When I bend forward with my right or left heel off the ground, I get a tingly/nervy feeling up my foot/leg.

first off I think a good massage would help with a lot of the pain you are feeling in your shoulders and hips. I recommend you getting a massage as soon as possible.

You need to be using an allergy spray or tablet every day because the pollen count is very high this year. I recommend you have a good quality air purifier running in your bedroom 24 hours a day. This will cut down on allergy and sinius problems. This is the best thing you can do for your sinius conditions.

Take a hot bath every night with 2c. of dissolved epsom salts and soak for 30 minutes. this should help relax the muscles.

you need to be taking a good quality multi vitamin twice daily. It sounds like your body is depleted of vitamins and minerals. Drink purified water mixed with mineral water 50/50 continuously throughout the day and night. This is going to replenish your body and help with many of the pains you are feeling.

Yours' is a serious chronic and complex problem.
You should not follow quack advice on net.
Drugs might have affected your kidneys, hence the bone hurts or cold sensations.
Your digestion has almost failed; hence stomach and reflected/spinal back pains.
My honest advice is to visit us. There is no medicine in this world to treat your problems. If it is impossible -
1) don't eat without hunger, use warm water to drink and Sun light;
2) keep fast whole day and have some dates etc,
and take light meal at night,
3) take steam bath /hot water bath when feel cold,
4) massage before bath helps,
5) avoid proteins, bakery foods, sour and stale foods and cold drinks.
6) use green vegs/salads with meals.

You need to be seen by a doctor - start with a complete physical and take your symptom list with you. Your physician can order whatever tests need to be done (or scans) or refer you to the proper specialist for evaluation. On the ovarian cyst - those can be exceptionally painful when they rupture. My last one caused major pain in back for weeks and later when it ruptured I ended up in ER. That was unusual but your doctor is right to keep a watch on it

With the exception of the sinuses...it all sounds like back problems with nerve damage...loss of bowel control is a biggie...yes it can be overwhelming with all these symptoms...see a doctor as soon as possible...not a GYN...

from my experience you may be having large problems with your ovaries, tell, don't ask your doctor, you need an ultrasound asap!
