yes but the bible must be seen as a personal spiritual guide...it may help one person to behave in a specific way...it is not a book meant to condemn other people

85% of Americans are Christian, with the majority also comes ethnocentrism, the belief that one culture or group is better than another, Christians get on a power trip and lash out at other religions knowing that alot of fellow Christians will be there to bail them out.

Judge not, lest ye be judged. That's one of the messages the Bible has and yes, no one , including Christians, should judge other people, but were not perfect and by being flawed we will do what we know is wrong.
Respect for your fellow human being is paramount, otherwise we are nothing.

They can't help feeling superior. They say it's a choice to be gay, thus it is also a choice to be a sheep that can't think for itself, and it something to be proud of because they are also brainwashed into believing they are not only the only right ones, but that they are so right they should force their ways and beliefs on others, including their damned graven images, all without seeing the hypocrisy of course.

When judgment day comes, this in reality is a day for blessings to Gods children. We are all Gods children, and if we believe and follow His commandments, then we will benefit. It is every humans decision to believe or not. It is then your decision, not what I believe. So you have no one to blame but yourself. I would never push my beliefs onto another. Have a good day.

A true christian, doesn't judge. whatever happens are decisions that are made by that person. you just say a prayer for them and wish them well for the choice they made. the only person you have to answer to is yourself in this life and GOD in the afterlife.

Sometimes we take scripture out of context in order to make ourselves think its okay to do that which we are told we aren't to do. What happens is they take the scripture that says we're to go to our brother (meaning someone in our congregation), if we feel they are sinning and talk to them about it. These christians have misinterpreted it to mean they believe Jesus gave them His job as judge, which logically is ridiculous, as He's the one who said not to throw stones unless we're sinless, which none of us are. I agree that I think it's probably a pretty nasty sin to sit on their thrones and try to judge others.

You're right...it's a terrible thing to think we can be God, only He can judge...but He's given us the guidebook, the Bible...
it's when "Christians" get too prideful that we begin to think we wrote the guidebook...when it's God, who in His mercy gave us the directions.

If we can we are to snatch the sinner out of the fires of hell.
It will be held against us if we see our brother sinning and we do nothing about it.
