Here are some suggestions, I live in San Diego
-Submarina (It i much better than Subway, much fresher
-Soup Planation (make yourself a big tasty salad)
-Outback Steakhouse (They have a yummy chicken on the barbie, order with a plain baked potato and a side salad with fat free dressing
-Jack in the Box: Chicken Fajita Pita only 280 cals & 9 grams of fat
-Applebee's Restaurant (They weight watcher's menu wit points available for a quite a few items that tells you how many calories and how many grams of fat per serving.)

These are a few I can think of off the top of my head, Many sit down restaurants will have a healthy/low cal section on their menu or you can ask your server for suggestions!

My favorites are Japanese sushi bars all over So Cal. If you stay away from the few fried selections such as shrimp and vegetable tempura, you will surpass your dietary expectations. Bento boxes are usually offered with small portions with your choice of entree, such as grilled salmon, chicken or lean steak.

Afraid of raw fish? First try some of the cooked seafood selections such as the California roll (crab-flavored fish), of course, not the crunchy, fried tempura batter-coated version, or ebi (cooked shrimp) along with miso soup before you graduate up to toro!

Subway has thick and often dry, sub buns, high fat/calorie cheese and other minefields when you innocently attempt to select low fat turkey as listings of pastrami, meatballs and other deli items vie for your attention. The dressings in the squeeze bottles are mayonnaise and oil/vinegar.

eat at Vietnamese restaurants. Vietnamese food is naturally healthy--lots of lean meats and raw vegetables with great taste. If you're in so. Cal, you shouldn't have a problem finding a Vietnamese restaurant.

Although not technically a restaurant, Whole Foods is excellent and meets all of your criteria.
