What breed ?? If it is possible that she whelp naturally, it's better... I mean a c-section is a surgery... And if you can avoid it, and puppies can be born naturally without problems, it's best to avoid the surgery..

Hello, ask a vet, most bull faced type dogs or tiny dogs... all go C sections...so not knowing what kind of dog you have & beings you're worried, best to talk to a vet ..Take Care :)

What kind of dog is she??? Is her health in question if she does go into labor? Are the pups going to be in danger?
What you want and what is best for your dog are 2 totally different things.
If your vet is recomending a c-section then do it. There must be a reason.

WAY to little info!! is there trouble indication? is she a breed that usually needs c-cections? is she unusually small? Unusually unfit?
