I had a friend with the same problem. She had really sensetive skin. There was something in the water her skin did not like. What she did was attach a water purifier to her shower head and never had the problem again.

You are probably allergic to the shower gel that you use. Sometimes you may be sensitive to the water temperature. Try making the water warmer or cooler. Use a lotion and bath gel that states that it's for people with sensitive skin.

Because after a bath (or shower) your pores are open and the vaseline gets in them and hurts them.

Could be the water you are using is too hot? You may allergic to something you are using in the shower as well. Go to a doctor.

vaseline ?
i hope you dont mean petroleum jelly. if you do, then i would guess that is your problem.
if thats not what you mean, then try not using a moisturiser or vaseline for a few days. if the burning goes away, you are alergic to one of them.

regardless of you do DON"T use burn cream and do not pop the blister. in case you pop the blister it may get contaminated. Burn cream will suffocate the area and save it from therapeutic nicely. placed a funky textile on it to ease the soreness or attempt slightly mayo (sounds humorous yet works). i might want to take slightly cooler bathe and cover the burn so the water is circuitously hitting the area. yet another ingredient you will get from the Drug keep is termed Silvadine (no longer confident the spelling) even though it truly is staggering and also you want little or no.

what sort of soap are you using? It would be too harsh for you and your skin is reacting to it. Suggust you see your doctor and it checked out . You could have an allergy to the soap.

Hmm....you may be scrubbing yourself TOO hard....and causing tiny but open scracthes that you cannot see.....then sometimes your moisturisers may contain ingredients like perfume that can sting the scratches. Either that or ask your doctor.
