On my inner thighs, (mostly my left one) there is a big patch of pink. It dosent itch. But when i touch it it burns like heck. I wore a new pair of board shorts today, if that does anything to help you. and it feels like its wet kind of, but when i touch it, nothing.

You probably just have a rash.

It sounds as though your thighs may have rubbed together and the new material of your shorts caused an abrasion. Maybe even a blister formed and popped, (that may be why it feels damp). For the quickest relief I know of for this sort of abrasion, mix vaseline together with corn starch until it forms a white paste. Put on as needed. It will heal very quickly.

I would think that you have chafing. Try taking a shower and drying the area thorougly and wear loose clothing for the next 24 hours and see if it gets better.

You need to ask yourself how long it has been there. And have you shown it to Ur family doctor. The doctor will probably give u some sort of creme to sooth it and see if it clears up.
