are there any medicines that you know of that WILL get rid of a REALLY bad cough that you can like mash up in food???????????

I honestly don't know of any you can mash up in food but did you ever try Tessalon Perles? They are prescription only but they are extremely tiny! They are yellow a capsule type coating so they just slide right down. They are round and small enough that if you drop one...good luck finding it!
I was trying to think of what I could compare them to size wise and maybe it would be equal to 2 grains of rice...3 at the most. Yes, they are that tiny! Now be sure to specify Tessalon Perles because there is also Tessalon...which is a true capsule.
Also, if you still have trouble taking something this tiny, slip it into a spoonful of jello and it will slip right down!
