I weigh 107 and am supposed to wigh 120. I am 5.3. I feel fat and I am not happy with my body. How do I lose weight naturaly without pills and going Balemic?

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

YOU need to go see a counselor. You feel fat at 107 and want to lose MORE weight?? Pretty soon you will look like Nicole Richie. No, no, no. Get a grip and let go. Realize how lucky you are. You could live in a third world country and WISH that you had food to eat instead of living in a country and trying to stay away from food. Put all of the energy you are spending on losing weight into helping out others less fortunate than you. THIS, my love, will really make you feel good and happy about yourself.

Now go out and find yourself a "soup-kitchen" and fill up those bowls for those who need it! :)

pick up a 5 or 10 pound weight at the gym and visualize that weight coming off holding the weight in your hands helps bring home just how heavy even 5 pounds of extra fat can be

Wait...I don't get it your saying you weigh 107lbs at 5'3 and you feel fat? Honey you do NOT need to lose anymore weight. If anything you should be healthy. Excercise, eat right, and talk to someone about your issues. Because to me you sound like your having severe body image issues. You should really drop the idea that you NEED to lose weight and figure out WHY you feel you need to lose it when you REALLY don't. Talk to someone.

I can't morally help you lose weight. If you go lower you'll be underweight. I love how you seem to think that bulimia is like a fashion trend to try or something.

weighing less than your ideal weight and wanting to lose more weight is unhealthy and dangerous.

you need to speak to a professional to help you explore why it is you feel that you need to lose weight. I'm sure it is something you can work out.

you dont have to make a three digit number your weight loss goal aim for a certain dress size or waist measurement

why do you want to loose weight if you are underweight???

but the fastest way to gain/loose weight is to increase/decrease your amount of calories. i.e. turn 1,200 calories into 1,000 a day
