Forget the "tuna" diet................. tooooo much mercury in tuna to eat that much of it. The best thing you can do is DRINK LOTS OF WATER **AND** omit "white" from your diet. Meaning don't eat white sugar, white flour, white potatoes, salt. You will be amazed at how much weight you will lose by doing this. Basically, you are cutting out ALL junk food and will be eating lots of fruits, veggies, fish, meats and whole grains. "Enriched" flour (even if it says "enriched wheat") is bad, bad, bad too. What they mean by "enriched" is that they have initially "stripped" all of the good stuff out of the flour and then added some of it back. How dumb is that?? Also stay away from hydrogenated oils.
WOW!!! You are going to be thin before you know it!!! :)

any diet that you cant follow every day of your life is not a good diet. unless you want to be a yo-yo dieter.
diet is not a sprint - its a way of life.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

then you should read one or both of these two amazing books: "Eating for Life" by Bill Phillips and "The Abs Diet" byDavid Zinczenko. both are about eating healthy and avoiding at all costs all these fad diets which may give you results initially but you will never have a real chance at sustaining those results for life. you will eventaully gain back all the weight you lost PLUS more.

Don't do it , Hon. If you get mercury poisoning it can make you break out all over, and it's hard for a doctor to diagnose . Set yourself at 2000 calories a day and stick to it... but go for healthy meals, low in fat and sugar. that weight will come off.
