hi im 13 5' 1" 134lbs i wanna lose some weight really fast but how can i do that i wanna get down to about 110 or something and i have 3 months all answers are welcome

Hi hun,
In regards to diet, you can still eat the food you love, but just eat it during the day and not at night, and smaller portions. you're young, you should enjoy it. try to eat your carbs for breakfast and lunch, during dinner dont eat too much, and dont eat after 7.
For exercise, run, bike, rollerblade, play sports. You're young, full of energy, everything is good. Instead of spending time on the computer and tv, go outside and go nuts, any actvity is good. Your goal is achievable.

You're not overweight. You fall within the healthy weight range for your height.

Don't let someone who clearly doesn't know what they're talking about tell you otherwise.

If you don't feel healthy, that's something you can work on. The best way to lose weight and keep it off is to live a healthy lifestyle but at your age, your body is going to be changing significantly the next few years. Chances are, you'll get taller and thin out. Don't stress too much about it.

Just eat healthy foods and get your daily excersize in, aside from that don't worry about the rest...it will fall into place naturally.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Stop eating fast food. Quit white bread, sugar, salt, pasta, pizza, fried foods. No lunch meats. No sodas or soft drinks with sugar. Stop eating after 6:00pm. No snacks. Good luck.

Two words....
Chicken and Celery.
Celery is great for you, and it has virtually no calories because you chew and burn more calories than it contains.
The protien is great for you because you are so young and still developing. But it has almost no carbs. Don't use any diet supplements, if you need to curb your hunger, eat almonds.
Don't starve yourself You're still growing!

I think u are overweight. I'm 5'5 and weight 130!! How could I weight less if I'm taller?? I think u could lose weight by eating less fried foods and sugars. Ans also do some exercise like running or walking!
