He's no longer fighting, at least, officially. He embarked on an exhibition tour last year but it was ridiculed as some sort of a touring circus and ended up a big flop. The poor guy's desperately finding ways to make both ends meet.

He's done a little exhibition boxing in the past several months, but nothing serious. I don't think he's actually announced a retirement yet, but in reality he's done.
