Hi, I'm 13 years old and I weigh 142 pounds. I want to weigh 120 pounds. Do you have any ideas on how to lose weight fast by myself and not any program. If you say excerise, then please be specific on what to do. Thank you VERY much. PS- The only fat that I have are my thighs (a little) and my stomach. Thanks again!

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

I checked a weight-top chart online and the traditional weight of a 12-13 3 hundred and sixty 5 days old between fifty 8-sixty two inches tall is 80 5-a hundred pounds and the traditional weight of a 14-15 3 hundred and sixty 5 days old between sixty 3-sixty six inches tall is a hundred and five-a hundred twenty five pounds so as which skill you're approximately 17 pounds obese to your top. i'm 230 pounds so i'm approximately a hundred and five pounds obese.

You will probably be able to lose the extra weight by exercise alone. I recommend walking for at least 1 hr, 4x a week; its cheap & an easy habit to get into. Try to get up to 4 miles p/hr. You will probably be able to think of several places w/in 30 minutes that you can walk to & back. Its a great habit to get into & will keep you fit. Good luck.

How tall are you? Calculate your BMI first at the link below. Also, exercises like running, cycling and swimming are good way to loose some weight. Please consult your doctor first before doing any of these in excess. Usually it helps to eliminate eating trans fat and saturated fats. Avoid fried foods and junk food. Add some vegetables in your diet and stop eating chocolates and drinking cold drinks.

Well first of all you are way above average weight for your height and age. You probably have irresponsible parents for letting you get that obese. Second off, try and not eating every piece of food you see or touch...fatty.
