I was just thinking...I've said some pretty crappy things up here to other people and I was thinking...what if one of those ladies was my grandma...would I say stuff like that to her face?

Is it cause it's on the Internet and we're all identity-less?

My mother in law (God bless her) is a devout Orthodox, which means she is pretty into demonism. I had a child some years back, and you wouldn't believe the anxiety she went through with the 'evil eye' and even threw a fit that I was hanging baby clothes out to dry in the full moon. Crazy. I told her the child was American and curses don't really affect us. She relaxed after a couple years of me not paying any attention and laughing off her 'insane' cautions. : )

Personally I think the Internet should not be anonymous, because people tend to say things they would never say at home or with friends.

People definitely say things on the internet they would never say in person because of the anonymity.
