I'm an "average joe" inverstor. It seems like he's always to busy to talk and takes weeks to return my calls. I mean, I know he's got bigger fish to fry, but does he have to make it so obvious?

You can do at least as well yourself if you just stick to mutual funds from Fidelity and/or Vanguard.
