I really want to loose weight really fast, how? Please help!

elliptical machine do at least 45 minutes every other day and burn nothing less than 500 calories..

1 lb is equal to burning 3500 cals...

lower your caloric amt of food 500 calories and work out and you will lose at least 1 lb a week...cut out 1000 calories and you will burn at least 2 lbs per week...working out will just make it happen even faster...BUT you still need to eat 6 times a day and it has to be quality food in quality portions..so keep the portions as they OUGHT to be (smaller than you think) and plenty of them... 200 or more is a meal..less than 200 is a snack....also remember at least 10-12 cups of water per day!

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

I would you go to the libary and get some books about your blood type and do what it saysfor and see what happens if it doesn;t work ask a question again later sometime
