Don't really care if you accept me or not. Tolerance on the other hand. If you can tell me one way Gay Marriage would have a lasting harmful effect on you personally, you might be able to have an arguing point. But to say no they can't do that because I believe it is wrong IS morally repugnant.

Do you think me picking my nose is morally wrong? Cause that's what I was doing before I started typing this. Give it up, mate, if you don't like gay marriages don't join one. How is that so hard to understand? Why is what somebody else does in the privacy of their home and that harms nobody any part of your moral code at all?

I'd be interested to know what other sins from the Bible you are against, since these are the only two you seem concerned about. Sin is sin in God's eyes...and that includes JUDGING OTHERS. I'm straight, I'm a Christian and I'm personally against abortion, but I would never presume to make those choices for someone else. I suspect you are one of those people who likes to pick and choose which "morals" you want to live by.

It's ok for you to believe that same sex marriage and abortion are morally wrong.

Why should I, however, have to live with according to someone else's moral standards??

You don't need to *accept* it for yourself.
But you may not infringe upon the rights of others.

What if they find many of your practices morally wrong? Should they have the right to stop you?

In a generation we'll look back on the issue of gay marriage today, like we look back on the issue of interracial marriage in the 60's. You will just be a bitter old man watching the happy gay couples walking by your front porch.

If you believe gay marriage and abortion are morally wrong that is your right just as it is my right to disagree with your opinion...

we as humans will always have a clash of morals. see Hitler thought that he was doing the world a favor by taking out the Jews. now to him and the nazis their motives and morals were 100% right. but to others not so ....

i trust the Bible when finding morals, it is the one thing that will not change what it believes.

What sets Your moral standards? However you should make a distinction against the deeds and the people. We hate wickedness, and generally that which God hates. But God does not hate the sinner, so neither do we. Above all, we don't judge.

You shouldn't accept it. It's not alright. They don't really have morals. If they did they wouldn't do those things. Someday the world will know how wrong some of today's issues are.

No one says or expects that you have to participate in activities that you find to be wrong - for whatever reason.

Making laws that prohibit others from doing so is wrong though.

My moral standards are set by my religion, which may differ from yours. Should my religious beliefs become your laws? No, and your religious beliefs should not be law for anyone else either.

Believe as you like and act accordingly but allow others that same right.
