Botox will work but its not permanent you will have to continue getting injections until you die or your skin becomes ammume to it. I know you said you dont want any creams but if you wanted to you could try using Hemrroid cream, sounds gross I know but really it works and its an inexpensive alternative!

Botox is not for eyebags.

It depends on what is causing the bags as to what treatment would be most suitable. If they are not so much bags, but dark circles from excess skin pigment, then bleaching creams, peels or non-ablative laser can help. If the dark circles are caused by thin skin and the underlying veins showing through, IPL may help to some extent. Otherwise you could use a concealer to disguise the dark circles.

If the bags are caused by bulging fat under the eyes, you can have some of it removed in a surgical procedure. Sometimes it's not bulging fat, but because of fat loss in the upper cheek/tear through area, it can look like bags under the eyes. In this case, fat grafting or an injectable filler would be youyr best bet.

You should speak a cosmetic surgeon specialising in eyelid procedures or an occuloplastic surgeon.

Who cares. Keep the bags. Why inject yourself with a toxin. Particularly botulism. My OB/GYN was temporarily paralyzed after trying botox. Her doctor SWORE it couldn't happen. She is now feeling better but can only work 3 hours a day! It has been nearly 2 yrs.

No - bags are caused by sagging skin & water retention. You will need to consult a cosmetic surgeon about surgical options.

Botox is for lines & wrinkles caused by repeated facial expressions. Do not use botox for under eye bags.
