This classic dream has a number of interpretations. It can literally mean that you are frightened of losing your teeth. It can show the beginning of a new phase of life just as we lose our teeth when we pass from early childhood and head towards adulthood. You may be worried about your self image or the dream may signify unexpressed anxiety.

I have the same problem. Teeth flying out, cracking, no more teeth, etc. I read up on it and got confirmation from my therapist. It's a fear of getting older. I try to stay active and eat more healthy. Also, admiting that it's okay to get older helps. They still come but not as often. At one point, it was happening nightly. Good luck!

I think it means you were asleep.

Really, you're trying too hard to read something into it...Your brain does a lot of random stuff while you're sleeping. Don't assume that every dream has a meaning, 'cause they don't. Many times, it's just the random wandering of the mind.

Additionally, your mind is 100% different from everyone else's. It very likely would mean one thing to you, and something entirely different to someone else.

My sister used to have dreams about about that. Strangely, dreams of losing your teeth seem to occur quite frequently. We read somewhere that it means that you "have the feeling of losing power or of having no power in a certain situation".

Actually, I don't think dream symbols can be "translated" in such a straightforward way, but maybe there's something to it.

I had a dream once that all of my teeth turned to sand and fell out of my mouth. I think maybe I was grinding my teeth in my sleep.

Not that I really buy into all this, but....

I've always heard that teeth in your dreams represent words. Broken teeth means you are worried about lies you have told or lies others are telling you. Just what I've heard.

It means you feel you're losing something you rely on, like the floor is crashing under you. I used to have those all the time. In retrospect, it was around times my parents would fight. You have concerns that you're needs won't be met and that everything is falling apart.
