Good question. I will be surprised if many theists do not think God is a member of their church!

For me, God is of no religion. God is an entity that is omnipotent; an entity that surrounds all things. Religions look to God for knowledge of good and evil, for stability, reason and guidance in difficult situations..

A religion is based upon faith. It is, generally, faith in a higher being. God, by definition, is this HIGHER BEING. God does not have faith in something higher, for he is this something higher. God is not a religion.

Religions, ALL Religions, have been corrupted by man in various ways. Unfortunately, some religions are far worst than others. RELIGION is a way to control the masses, being infiltrated by political dogmas and personal agendas that lead individuals away from their Creator.

God wants us to have a relationship with him. It is our responsibility to search for this avenue that leads to this relationship. God is not a religion.

God exists in the hearts and minds of the men who believe in him. So- he is, by definition, whatever the religion of the believer.

Almighty God is way too big to have a religion. He's The Almighty Creator. He doesn't need religion, and He doesn't need us. We need Him 24-7.

God commands his followers to Jesus Christ and the bible. This is the base of thee Religion. John 3:33-36. the man who has accepted it has certified that God is truthful. For the one whom God has sent speaks the words of God, for God gives the Spirit without limit. The Father loves the Son and has placed everything in His hands. Whoever believes in the Son has eternal life, but whoever rejects the Son will not see life, for God's wrath remains on him.

I believe "god" is the energy of all things that are. I also believe that the energy known as "god" would be what I like to call spiritually independent.

God's not human. He doesnt need a religion. We're the ones who need to worship something, not God.

He isn't, He (or whatever) is what most religions are based on. God itself is not a religion.
