on the old navy dress blue paints,how many button holes are there and how many buttons are there?

FOURTEEN !! The 13 on the front, and one inside on a tiny pocket !!
Yes, difficult to get those danged things unbuttoned when rushing to the head !

I believe there were 15. Two on the waist band and 13 on the flap.

13, they represent each of the original 13 colonies. There have always been 13. Whoever designed them never took into account how hard they are to open when you need to pee really bad.
