I know what NOT TO EAT. What SHOULD I eat that can tremendously help with loosing weight? I excercise 1 1/2 to 2 hours a day. What would go good with this?
Also, there is something called 'Slim Coffee' Idk much about it.
Does n e one? Thanks

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

First of all don't eat any junk foods. Eat a lot of fruits and vegetables and foods that are low on fat and sodium intake. Another suggestion is to drink a lot of water, cut out all soda and lemonade, coffee, iced tea, etc. maybe like a glass of juice a day, but drink at least 10 cups of water a day, you'll see results quickly.

i found the e book to be very informative and easy to study. i have lost 17 pounds in 12 days, i'm in simple terms worried that i'm dropping too a lot weight, too instantly. i will admit i have not stated the guidance guide precisely. i'm no longer sticking completely to the listed meals and meal plans (yet fairly) and doing little or no exercising, although the burden keeps flying off. It obviously works and if i might want to stated it precisely i imagine it would want to scare the residing daylights out of me because of the quantity that i might want to lose. So thanks again for the practise. i have by no potential bought some thing like this in the previous because they're commonly finished of trash, yet 3WD has been a delightful marvel. start up as we talk!

Try eating lots of protein (nuts, meat, beans, veggies, eggs, cheese, etc.) & NO fruit! thats all i ate for two weeks last summer and lost a quick 10+lbs on the south beach diet in about 2 weeks (and that was with very little exercise, imagine with 2 hours worth?!)... its a lot of hard work to avoid junk food and bread carbs at first, but it gets it done quick!

If you want to know some things to eat to lose weight, I recommend cutting all junk food, that includes fast food, and sticking with lots of fruit and veggies. You'd be surprised how easily fresh fruit (not from a can) can fill you up and you can have a big bowl of it and not feel guilty! ^_^

there are no quick fixes and no wonder foods. they're all scams. considering you're working out pertty hard you'll need to refuel your body effectively to get the most out of it. that means plenty of fruit, veg, protein and complex carbs (i.e. whole grain bread, sweet potatoes etc) hard work and will power are the only way. sorry!
