Paranoia is not easy to self-diagnose. Generally people feel there fears are reasonable, justified, that they have real enemies.
I am reminded of a very funny movie (another one to look for on DVD) called "The President's Analyst." Sure enough, he diagnosed the president as paranoid. But a president has REAL enemies, and there really ARE conspiracies against him all the time. So how can this be classed as paranoia?

So why are you writing if you are not paanoid. You are telling something, not asking a question really. And if you did have a question I'm sure you would get alot of good answers from people who care.

OK - so what's your question? What you just wrote was a declaration followed by a question mark, not a real question.
