use VS Very Voluptuous, great.. use it over lip stick/liner.
Try their Lip Plumper also..
buy it on Ebay... it runs like $20.00 at VS and on ebay I got them for $9.00 with shipping and everything. 2 days

I've use Too Faced Lip Injection Extreme (which isn't an injection, it's a gloss). It tingles a lot but it really works. I've also heard good things about the DuWop Lip Venom but I haven't tried it. You could probably go into the store's and try it because they have testers on a lot of their makeup and see which one you like best.

I was actually wondering about this question, so I have small lips, I bought a lipgloss online its called "lip venom, DuWop" its from sephora, I got it from a magazine a year or ago that Lindsay Lohan wore it once, and everyone though that she got surgery, its spicy at first but I think it really works, its about $18 you should buy just one to see if you like it and if it works for you, I bought one 2 years ago, and now every year i order like 3, good luck :)

Just us makeup and put lip liner over the top of u lip and then take a lip STICK and up that on and then if u want u can put lip gloss over that.

Hmmm...well, it's hard to make your lips permenantly bigger without injections, but i'd try lipgloss that makes your lips plumper. I got one called Lip Infusion, and got it in Rite Aid, (it's a pharamacy). Don't do dark colors, they make your lips look way smaller!!!
Also, when you take or smile or just walk around, practise making your lips like model lips, but smaller. Just puff them out a little, but not to big because it will look fake and stupid, lol.

before going out and buying all these lip plumpers try scrubing or exfoliating your top lip with a rag and some water, if you have .. put a little bit of a scrub on the rag

line your upper lip outside on the top of your upper lip and then fill the rest of your lips with lip plumper or shiny lipgloss or even a bit of a darker color than your normal lip color

get a lip plumping lipgloss. i like the one at Victoria's Secret, it is a extreme plumping lipgloss, but it is $26. it really does work! i love it! alot of the lipplumpers burn your lips, but the Victoria's one doesn't, you can feel it working and there is an emidiat result. it doesn't burn it is more like a tickle. i love it! they come in Hot Pink, Bare(clear), and Baby Pink. i like the hot pink the best, you can look at them on victoriassecret.com hope this info helped!

use a highlighter pen and line the top part of your lip (where the bow is) then do the sides, but never connect the lines together, then use a plumping lipgloss

Without surgery or injections, that's impossible. I am sorry. But what i can tell you is put on some nice and pretty dark lip stick or lip gloss and put it heavily on your lips. Your lips will look bigger. Good luck. I hope I helped - love u
