A nice crucifix on a chain or a miraculous medal on a chain would be appropriate. There are medals available in many of the saints images, perhaps you could find one of the saint's name she has chosen for Confirmation. There are many religious books available, Lives of the Saints is one. For Confirmation gifts it is usual to stay with the religious theme because of the occasion. Hope this helps.

There are many dot.com's that sell Catholic religious goods online. JMJ Products http://www.totallycatholic.com/ is my personal favorite. You can browse selections of gifts by Sacraments. They will have numerous Confirmation gifts, among other Sacraments, for you to choose from.
You may also want to look up brick-and-morter religious goods stores in your area as well. There you could call on the assistance of store clerks.
The price range for such gifts are all over the place. You could easily spend $50-$60 dollars, or a fraction of that if so chose.
Happy Shopping.

An appropriate gift would be a lovely chain of Rosary beads. They would be available at a Catholic gift shop.

My uncle gave me one of those leather covered bibles. Or was that for my First Communion? Anyway, something at least remotely associated with the religion, perhaps a candlestand, or a silver rosary? Or check out this website...
