Martha Stewart's recent bridal magazine suggested that you should essentially not worry too much about the wrinkles...For the week or two that you'll have to store it on your own, keep it in a garment bag, hanging up.
On the day of the wedding, hang it in the bathroom, with the shower going. Using lint-free, white towels, smooth out whatever wrinkles you can see while the room is steamy.

I had my wedding dress for a little over a year before the wedding and I basically did the same thing you're doing now. But I would close the bag. Mine was at the store in the bag it came in for a few months, then in my grandma's basement in the same bag for the rest of the time. The people at the place I bought it said to wrap it in a clean, new white sheet and hang it in an air-tight garment bag. I didn't bother with that, and it was perfectly fine. No yellowing.

Your closet's bar is probably not high enough off the ground. Also do not store it in plastic. The beads can dry out and fall off, although probably not in that short amount of time. The best thing to do is wrap it loosely in a white sheet. Most importantly hang it somewhere that the front hem of the gown is off the floor. A sturdy curtain rod works well. The train of the gown should be laid out on a white sheet and then covered with another white sheet. You don't want the gown to get dusty. Alternatively you can use the loop under the train to hang it on the hangar. Good luck.

I agree with the dry cleaner suggestion above, they will help you hang it in a way that will cause the least wrinkling, I also suggest taking a white sheet along to have it wrapped in before it goes in the bag. As soon as you get to your venue take it out of the bag and hang it totally out with the train extended as well. A night on the hanger should eliminate any wrinkles.

That's not so long to store it. Just empty out a closet and hang it in there in the bag. Make sure you hang it high enough to clear the floor and keep pets out! If your closet isn't tall enough, they sell hanger that hook over doors and have a long arm.
If it has a long train you are worried about wrinkling, take it out of the bag and drape the train over something flat.

Keep it in the plastic bag that the dress comes into and either hang it up in a closet or lay it down under a bed that way it doesn't get folded or wrinkled.

Hang it in a closet. I would also ask the place you are buying it from if they offer a pressing service prior to the wedding. Some places will press it for you if you bring it back.

I hung my dress up on my mother's closet door in the garment bag that it came in.
I would recommend investing in a garment steamer so you can steam your gown a few days before the wedding.

Check you local bridal shops. I also bought mine from David's Bridal but they charge $40 to steam it. I found another shop to steam it for only $20. I have mine hanging in the David's bag until then.
