The clergy definitely wont. If your wedding is not in a church its customary to provide your own music, usually by some sort of ceremony string quartet or something like that, but thats up to you.

Usually neither. You need to set up another musician or get a friend to man a CD player. DJ's generally only work for a set number of hours at the reception. They will likely charge extra if you need them for the ceremony as well. If you are not in a church then you need to plan on providing the music yourself (in a church you could just hire the organist).

The wedding march is played as you walk out. The DJ is generally at the reception. So you need to have someone play it. My sister in law was the one that we chose to play our music. We brought in our own CD's. We did get married in a church

If you're not getting married in a church then usually it is up to you to arrange to have a stereo there and ask someone to press play when given the signal. If you're getting married in the same room as the reception and the DJ is already going to be there, then of course you can ask him to play it. Congratulations!

The DJ or the venue, which ever you choose.
