Okay. My band has two female vocals. We have our own songs written and all, but not quite enough to do a full show. So we are looking for suggestions on bands/songs that we could look at that either are originally done by two female singers, or would sound good if redone by two female singers. The songs don't necessarily have to be duets or anything, but they need to be rather easily converted into two parts. If it helps at all, our style is alternative/punk/emo/pop-rock/power pop/pop-punk/etc. ...just rock type stuff. Any help you can give me would be appreciated. Thank you!

You could also try Varuca Salt (two singers) Never The Bride (two singers) Or you could put a twist on some old Fleetwood Mac songs. Cowboy Junkies did a great version of Velvet Underground's Sweet Jane

Heart. They have great songs and two female singers. They are sisters I believe. Ann and Nancy Wilson. Very popular in the 70's and 80's.

Some good female singers are as follows (at least in my opinion!):
Tori Amos
Sarah McLachlan
Paula Cole
Sinead O'Connor
Veruca Salt
Heart
Jewel
Hole (some of their songs anyway)
Indigo Girls

it may be out of your genre but maybe check out the band Sugarland. your audience may find a little different sound to be refreshing.
