½ cup dried bread crumbs
½ cup milk
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
1 tsp dry mustard
1 small onion minced
1 tsp summer savory (dried, not powder)

Mix and form into small balls, brown in pan and add to the crock.

Sauce:
3 cloves garlic, minced/crushed
3 cups ketchup
12 Tbsp white vinegar
1 ½ cups white sugar
3 tsp. HP sauce
Salt, Pepper (probably 1/4-1/2 tsp each)

1 small can drained pineapple tidbits

Mix sauce ingredients and pour over balls.
Makes enough sauce to cover meatballs in a 6 qt crockpot.
Crockpot: approximately 3-4 hours on medium

Everytime we have a get-together, I make my crock-pot meatballs & they are always a hit! Get a couple of pkgs of pre-cooked meatballs in the freezer section. Thaw, then place in crockpot. Pour over 1 bottle of bbq sauce & 1 jar of pineapple jelly or preserves. Heat over low til warmed thru, then serve in a dish with toothpicks.....

2 tablespoons grated or finely minced onion
1 tablespoon cooking oil

In a small bowl, combine vinegar, sugar, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, cornstarch and bell pepper; stir to blend. Pour over meatballs. Cover and cook on LOW for 5 to 7 hours.
