push it out!! gross but you def. don't wanna leave it in there and then clean it with bactine. NOT PEROXIDE.

Dont mess with it. Its tempting to push the puss out but that can cause more harm than good - unless there is extreme swelling and pressure that needs to be aleaved.
Keep it clean - but do not over clean it as this can irritate it more. Simple unscented bar soap can work fine or try doing sea salt soaks twice a day. I've been using Satin on all of mine and its taken care of them nicely(http://www.bodyartforms.com/productdetails.asp?ProductID=474)
Taking an infected piercing out before taking care of the infection can seal and trap the infection in the skin - causing an abses.

Take it out. It's becoming infected. Get to the doctor immediately, before scarring develops.

If it's green, see your doctor. If it's white or whitish yellow, it's lymph and it's totaly normal

clean it with hot water and apply turmeric paste with aloevera gel
