In my opinion, it looks like you are not eating enough! According to the Canadian food guide, you should eat about 7-8 fruits and vegetable servings, 6-7 grain product servings, 2-3 milk servings and 2-3 meat and alternatives; per day to get all the right nutriments. If you are simply not hungry, it might be slight beginning case of anorexia. Or maybe you don't burn enough calories for your body to request some more. I am not to sure what you should do exactly though maybe you should ask a real doctor but I hope this helped a bit!

Just an orange for lunch? I think you should include something with more proteins such as meat or chicken. It's not a question of eating more but eating more nourishing food.

No! It's not even a nutritionally balanced diet. I know women want to look like models, but have you ever met one? The camera adds at least 15 pounds to the image of the model. In person, they look like concentration camp survivors, not people guys want to date. Also, most of us want a woman who we can hug without worrying about breaking them in half.
