John 10:1 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that entereth not by the door into the sheepfold, but climbeth up some other way, the same is a thief and a robber.
He did not say to mock others, however.
EDIT: In The Matthew account ,the word fool used here,( in this instance) in the greek actually means worthless...One would be calling God's human creation, of no value....(not a simpleton)

Never heard of Him commenting on it. I know in the Old Testament David the King of Israel said, "Oh Lord how I Love
thy law, but I HATE every false way."
YOUR SCRIPTURE DOESN'T TALK AT ALL ABOUT THOSE OF OTHER RELIGIONS. All men are brothers by reason of our descent from Adam and Eve, but Christians are not "spiritual" brothers to those of other beliefs.
Jesus said, "You are for me or against me." There are two sets of spiritual people in the universe, Children of darkness and children of light. ONE THING IS TRUE THOUGH - WE ARE NOT TO MOCK ANYONE IF WE ARE CHRISTIANS, BUT WE ARE SUPPOSED TO CORRECT BELIEFS THAT RUN CONTRARY TO THE SCRIPTURES.

Psa 59:8 But thou, O LORD, shalt laugh at them; thou shalt have all the heathen in derision.
Jesus did not directly utter this, rather King David was inspired by God to write it. Since Christ is the same today, yesterday and forever, (Hebrews) it stands to reason He said this. Why sissify Jesus? He called it like it was.
Incidentally, the verse you give about insulting your brother certainly applies to not mocking, but it's not specifically about other religions.

The closest thing to this that Jesus said is:
Matthew 7:3-5
3"Why do you look at the speck of sawdust in your brother's eye and pay no attention to the plank in your own eye? 4How can you say to your brother, 'Let me take the speck out of your eye,' when all the time there is a plank in your own eye? 5You hypocrite, first take the plank out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to remove the speck from your brother's eye.
... this is not about mocking... its about judging!
The only reference that Jesus made about mocking is to never mock God!

He mocked what people would say about the Samaritan woman when she came to him. The people would refer to her as a pig in those days. Then he addressed her with respect saying, "woman, great is your faith."
He also told the story of the good Samaritan.

I think the SNL father has what you're looking for, but one Christian explained that to me in a way that made Jesus look good, and not in one of those circular reasoning ways.
Sorry I'm not much help am I?

yea he did talk about that. He said not to mock those who practice a different religion from you, but to let them work out religion in a way that's best for them. you dont fully know whats going on in their heads.

He called the Samaritan woman a dog and made her beg before he gave her scraps (offered help).
He referred to non-believers as swine.
His parables suggest that those who do not believe should be killed.
You won't find much about religious tolerance in the Bible.
Religion is about domination and control.
