In the real world I have the attitude of believe whatever you want as long as it doesn't personally affect me I couldn't care less.

However, in R&S believe whatever you want but prepare to defend it, and get ready to take critism, sometimes straight up hurtful and mean. And if you're not ready for that maybe you should crawl back into bed where it's safe.

Yeah, put a statement out there, that defends or attacks any of the two major sides in the debate, and you will be flamed, both intelligently and with things as childish as name calling.

People who are hurtful and mean are simply frightened children.

People use the bully tactic just to shut others up.

People who are confident don't have to be hurtful or mean.

If one feels the need to be hurtful or mean just to make a point, then perhaps one should seek therapy.

" believe what you want as long as it doesn't personally affect me" sounds kind of selfish to me. Almost anything a person does or thinks has an effect on others. Are you special?

I feel the way you do. I believe in the religion that resonates in my heart and soul. But, many people here feel that theirs is the only religion and everyone else is going to Hell.
