I started a diet about a week ago, and was told to eat an apple for a snack whenever I wanted somthing sweet. It seems that if you eat alot of sugar foods for snacks like I did you crave it and the apple helps with the craving because its sweet and crunchy. I would suggest the apple because the grits are full of carbs.

apple no how bout going to the store getting 5 big gallons of soda, 12 big bags of chips, 5 packs of ice cream, and just pig out while watching Americas funniest home videos all day that show is cool lol

Ahh the apple for sure. Its natural and has fiber in it to make you regular. You also need the nutrients the apple provides.
