Nice button up shirt and some kakhi's or slacks should be fine. No jeans or sneakers, and the suit would be a little overkill

Hey! Scooby Do!!! A suit would be nice because then you could arrange to wear anything after that.. You want to make a good impression on the interview about how conservative you are. Then you could dazzle them later about how you would rather dress. For the young girls there or if you want to work there and not get anything spilled on you and accidents do happen then you could wear something more casual like jeans and a t-shirt.

The general rule of thumb is: see what the regular job requires for you to wear and go one step up.

So if it's a vest, throw on a jacket along with some nice pants. If it's jeans, then dressy casual works well like a button down blouse and khakis.

Proper attire would be white button up shirt and black pants.
That's the uniform for most bartenders in hotels and restaurants. Good luck!
