no but it is pretty hard not to lust while doing those things....actually it is impossible

If you were to ask this question 150 years ago (even 40 would do, but to play on the extremes) the answer would be absolutely yes. Flash forward to today and this is now an unclear line. So are there THAT many sinners in the world, has this sin become too inconvenient for others to worry about, is the religion changing with the time....or is man changing the religion.
If it is the latter then isnt man the true source of power/control within the religion?

Sin is any act that is against the Word and Will of God... that includes much of RC"tradition"... but, those not of The True Church are not bound by God's Law... they are free to get away with what ever they can under man's law...or the teaching of whatever "religion" they may be being deceived by.

13-14 + years old I'd say yes because you are old enough to know better. Teen years are hard. pray, and start to learn to master your sins. You should already know what God thinks about it if you're a Catholic.
God loves us though and is understanding. So I can't say it's a sin for sure because I am not supposed to judge.

the making out involves a male and female and I dont think your refferring to them as married sooo yes SIN...the grinding is self gratification which leads to pleasuring flesh soo yea SINNN
