You could but you won't get much out of it. RG 11 is 75 ohm and CB radios need 50 ohm impedance for proper operations.

If you use cable TV RG-11, you will have a mismatch in the impedance of your antenna wire....CB radio needs to be 50 Ohm nominal. Cable TV wire is 75 Ohm nominal.

The result will be that your SWR's (stand wave ratio) will be too high and you risk burning out the outputs of your radio...quickly.

If you need affordable coax cabling for CB....go to....

I take it your questioning the RG coax. Any coax that will fit the pl259 connectors will work, although with the thinner coax you will need adaptors to fit.
Now, if you intend to run a linear, then you might want to upgrade to the best coax.
