Is there a way of doing this?

It's a metaphorical situation, I'd like real answers, no random "why would u wanna?"s or anything else...because that's not really an answer is it?

No, I don't think so. Unless you want to have kids - that seemed to enhance my gray -- really -- not just because they're brats :-) My hair turned quite a bit more gray while I was pregnant.

i don't know if it is possible. Grey hair is the result of the hair follicule stopping production of melanin. So unless there is some scientific way to to do that...you are out of luck. It can be hereditary as well. I started going grey at 21 same as my dad. My mom and bro on the otherhand don't very much at all.

And seriously, why would you? I miss my normal color and hate coloring it every 6 weeks.

Nope, but you can mimic it by frosting the hair to look that way. There are sprays usually found at Halloween that make hair look gray...don't look natural though,I'm assuming that's what you'd like

I'm not going to research the affects of various varieties of malnutrition for you. You want it, you go there yourself. The information is out there.
