Wings are all in the sauce and fixins'.

Cook them on the fire, not smoked.

When done, put them in a bowl. Splash on some Catalina Salad Dressing with a few shots of Louisiana Hot Sauce, Horse Radish and chopped fresh Parsley (a couple spoons full). Wrap in foil, place near the heat (or in the oven on warm) for 20 minutes.

Serve with veggie sticks and Ranch or Blue Cheese dressing.

Yum Yum!

Decide what flavor you would like & grab a bottle of your favorite 30 minute marinade @ the grocery store. I prefer the ginger - garlic one for a different twist - served with wild rice and mushrooms and grilled corn on the cob.....Yummy!

You need to be more specific. Are you looking for a sauce,or how to cook them?Email me if you'd like. Add to the bag of brown sugar, and soy sauce some chopped garlic, and ginger, and some orange juice concentrate. (The frozen stuff in a can,few tablespoons.) Par broil them in the oven first, until about half done.

wings are easy to cook. I would season them then use a commerical bbq sauce to marinate them for a few hours. Cook them on the BBQ, which will be fairly fast and then brush honey on them a few minutes before you are ready to remove them. Viola, honey bbq wings.
