Hi, Nice question.
If you think It only takes one person to make a difference in the world, no matter what that difference is, then everyone has the potential to empower the world.
That might mean me or you.
The important bit is, what is the nature of that difference, and will anyone take any trouble to notice?
OK its not quite the godly answer you were after perhaps but if you are prepared to believe that some people are 'meant' to be powerful then you will, I think, be prepared to give them some 'air time'.

I believe we are all god (actually a part of god), so if someone was doing this I would not doubt them. I might have a hard time about if it if the person claimed to be THE god though.

That depends. in the Bible, it says that the next time Christ returns to the earth, it will be in all his Glory, so by that note, If some normal looking guy claimed he was God and was doing magic tricks, I would say no. If I felt a warmth around Him and I felt peace in my heart every time I glanced upon Him, then yes. When we see God again, there will be no question. That is all I can really say I know for sure

we all have the power to heal ourselves, but when we are dead we are dead. no I would not believe they were god, god does not exist here, we can get back to father if we choose love/fellowship instead of dominion. that is the only path back "love"

Yes, by the power of the holy spirit we will do these things. And in the last days God will show himself more to us. You will see these things happening. They are happening now as a matter of fact.

IF somebody could demonstrate such powers, it would really prove nothing except that he had those powers. It would not prove that he was "God." Not that I wouldn't be impressed!
But this is purely hypothetical anyway. I might just as well ask "If you were raped by a shower of gold, would you believe in Jupiter?"
The fact that grown adults here in the 21st century base their "beliefs" on the 2,000 year old hearsay testimony of such "miracles" is just pathetic.

No, I would not because highly spiritual persons would not do those things (going against nature), and would definitely not claim to be God. In fact, they would do everything NOT to draw attention to themselves.
