place a heating pad or hot water bottle over the abdomen for twenty minutes at a time. Repeat this as much as needed. Rest is always beneficial. Mydol Tablets can help, take them every four hours. If it's really bad talk to your gynecologist and see if there's something else medically that can be given to you to help with the pain.

NO caffiene...my best method, take a bath. Take a long hot bath and just sit there and let your muscles warm up, it works a loooot quicker than heating pads because its warming your whole body.....this is coming from a person whos cramps are so bad that the 1st day of my period is complete hell. I will sit in the bathroom and get physically sick (puking) because of the pain. Take 4 ibprouphen and a bath. See if it works.

You can also try to use a heating pad on your belly..I get serious craps..I usualy take two caffeen free pamprin and use a heating pad..It helps sooooo much...Hope it will work for you too.

see your doctor and ask him to put you on quinine sulfate.my legs and feet would cramp until i was put on it and i havent had a cramp in over a year.
