My arm has been hurting i've tried blue ice, advil, and vicks nothing works what should i do?

sry but i dunno?? lol .... nd i didnt tell my parents either of those excuses lol i juss told my mom i wuz tired nd i didnt feel like getting ready & she sed i could stayy home =) lol nd i wuz talkin to lacey todayy nd she didnt go to skool todayy either! lol

place an ice pack on the back of your neck for fifteen minutes at a time. See if this starts lessening the pain. If it does you know you have a neck problem. I would recommend you see a chiropractor. I've enclosed a link where you can find a chiropractor in your area.

The cause may be in your neck, with the pain radiating into the arm. If this has been going on very long, or if the pain is intense, a visit to the doc, may be in order.
