Long story short, she broke up with me all of a sudden. She talked about having bullimia and had a lot of problems with depression. I tried all I can to make her better cause I love her very much but she would just fight and fight. She cut off intimacy and the whole works for months now. Everytime she would say "You have to prove to me that you want to be with me". How can I prove to her when she didn't treat me anything more than a friend. But she called and asked me where I was all the time!. So after the breakup I sent an email offering support and help for the eating disorder and everything else. I was very nice. I get this back today----"Thanks for your concern. I am glad I met someone as wonderful as you, thanks for everything you did for me. Right now, I think its best for both of us if we didn't make contact". But in my email I mentioned on the last line "If I don't hear from you I wish you the best".What the hell is this, is this necessary? Is she crazy? Is this done?

Chicks with bullimia have serious emotional issues. Been there, done that, and I wish I had never met her. I was with her for 5 years and things never changed. Take this e-mail as a thank you that you don't have to deal with her anymore.

Sounds like you've done everything you can for her and until she actually wants the help, there's nothing more you can do, she is asking you to keep your distance..not to make contact as she feels its best for you both. She's greatful she met someone as wonderful as you are to have cared that much for her...hopefully she's getting the proper help she needs and gets better. I'm sure you'll always hold a dear place in her heart, but you need to move on with your life* May the Angels always be with You*~

You sound like you are way more mature than she is. Why would you want all that drama? You aren't a yoyo, and shouldn't be played like one. If you really are as sincere a person as you sound, I think you should move on. There are plenty of women out there to appreciate you. Good Luck !!

Dude, you're a champ for staying with it for so long. Most guys would of bailed. Sounds like you did all you could and she is saying thanks but we both need to move on. I know you don't want to hear this but I would say it is over. Best of luck.
