The PC I use at home has both floppy and zip disk drives.

Put a disk in each of the drives.
Open two windows so you can both the drives, one in each winodw.
Select the files you want to transfer on the one drive
Drag them to the other drive
Done

Your zip drive has it's own drive letter. Probably D: or E:

Simply copy and paste the contents of the floppy disk over to the zip disk drive letter.

Simply open both drives in Windows Explorer at the same time and drag and drop from one to the other.

Drag and drop, its an OS thing. Windows XP supports it.
