I need to lose weight on my BUTT, LEGS , BELLY! and i just really need to lose weight! So PLEASE HELP ME! PLEASE!

how much do you weigh?
Sweetie, I am asking this is the nicest way possible, are you sure you need to loose weight. I ask this because society and the media make it look as if we need to weigh 90 lbs, and look good all the time. If you seriously need to loose weight then you need to start working out, decrease your caloric intake and change your lifestyle, not dieting. Eat better foods for you and make better choices. I have the perfect ideas for you that work 100%. You're 14 years old so this should not be a problem for you and it will make you faster, leaner, stronger, and much sexier. It will build you a body of a person that is dedicated.

SPRINT! <-------------------MOST IMPORTANT!
JUMPROPE! <-------------------

Sprint 3 or 4, 40 or 50 yard sprints three times a week, with rest days between them. Also do a little weight lifting to boost your metabolism. Research about sprinting online.

Jumproping works great because it burns fat and speeds up your metabolism for long periods of time.

Sprinting can keep your metabolism pumping for days, literally, not just while you're are running. Jogging just speeds it up while running, but spriting is long worth it. Plus if you do this for the whole summer break, you might be one of the fastest kids in your school.... Yup! Have fun and eat right, and don't stress out, and everyone is unique, so don't stress.

to tell you the truth there is no quick fix. The best thing to do is to exercises any way you can. I gained 15 lbs in a year when I started college, and I am still working on getting it off a year later. The best thing to do is change your habits. For example, I get up and walk my dog every morning, and now I have added a short jog at the end of it. The key thing is find something that you will be able to continue to do.
You should think about little things you can change. I park further back in the parking lot when I go somewhere, to make myself walk.
Good luck, and don't rush it. It is better to be in shape than skinny.

First off, you have to realize that weight loss and dieting is a life long habit. you can't want to lose weight in 3 months by doing a fad diet, (quick fix diet), and go back to your old habits.

Dieting is successful only when you have knowledge of what you are supposed to do, how much to eat, and how much exercise you are supposd to do.

Walk every day - rain or shine - at least thirty minutes (more if you can). Stop eating sweets. The weight will drop off (but only if you really need to lose weight).

Just whatever you do don't like crash diet.
I did that in 6/7th grade a now its still a problem for me.

Start getting into good habbits like eating right and MOVING a lot. Dancing is a good way to be active =]

Ummm.. if you are too stressed about it, it won't happen.
Just eat right and move. Ride a bike, walk, just get outside.
Don't put too much emphasis on how thin you are that does not determine what kind of person you are.
DON'T STRESS!!
