All you need to do is go to Start > All Programs > Acessories and then System Restore. You can then choose a restore point that your computer will be reset to.
You can also create them if you'd like to.

If you are using Windows XP, you can use a function called Windows Restore. As long as a restore point has been made for the day, you should be able to set your computer to any day listed as being a restore point.

Here's the complete path:
Start > Programs > Accessories > System Tools > System Restore
Click on restore my system to an earlier date; select the date and then approve the restore function.
