first, you need to gain a little weight for 5'5" if you want to see some muscle results, or else you wont get more than a 6 pack. Add more protein to your diet first. I really doubt that you have a significant amount of fat on your stomach due to your height/weight ratio, so you should focus on eating more protein to develop your muscles.
Normally, I do about 45 crunches every other day. If you plan to do them every day, you wont have to do as many, but if you want to do them like 2-3 days a week, do about 60 crunches. And its perfectly fine to work this muscle every day.
Hope that helps!

well, the sit ups might not help you get a 6- pack . . . i'm assuming the 2-pack you have now are at the top of your stomach, by your ribs . . . to get the bottom four, you need to work your lower abs . . . so try reverse crunches or leg lifts to work your lower abdominals
the only way to get rid of fat is to burn calories . . . and for that you need to do cardio (even though you are not targeting your stomach, doing cardio burns fat all over the body) . . . you are still very young and you are very thin already, so don't overdo it

At 5'5, 104 pounds, I would be curious to see what your body fat percentage is. You cannot spot reduce...don't waste your time doing crunches in order to have a defined midsection. It won't happen until you decrease body fat. You cannot decrease fat in one area (spot reducing). Body fat will come off throughout the body. You will have to bring it down enough until you are pleased with the results in the tummy area.

Do as many as you can do and count them. do that for a week, and then try for a couple more the week after. Well i average about 100 a day split it up if it becomes to much, 25x4 times a day! good luck.

you have to have low body fat percentage to have a six pack.
sit ups dont burn fat - they only build muscle.
you need to do cardio to burn fat -4-6 times a week for 30-50min
