How can i get my 13yr. old who's goin to high sko to lose weight.She ways 165 pounds.But She 5 Ft Tall.She Thinks Shes Fat Were she dnt want to go to school.But she also is sick and tierd of everbody makin fun of her.

What can i tell her to make her help lose weight???

all family has to do it. make healthy meals, exercise together etc -you will all be much healthier and happier
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

You have to be the role model and exercise with her. Walking will do just fine every night. This will also let you build a strong relationship. Also, fix healthy meals and do not have the high calorie snacks and sugar drinks in the house. She will lose the weight 2-3 pounds a week. You will do fine if you move slow and you are supportive of her.

Anyone under 14 should receive weight loss instruction from a pediatrician or doctor. Tell her she should talk to her doctor for help.

Stop taking her to McDonald's and i think you should go along with her to school to learn proper grammar..and spelling. if this is how you teach your children to write i can only imagine the eating habits you've instilled in them
