For calories per alcohol unit, the least fattening are clear spirits like vodka and gin. Just make sure you only mix them with "diet" or no-added-sugar mixers (diet coke, slimline tonic, diet lemonade, or even SUGAR FREE RED BULL! )

I put that one in upper-case because I am under the impression you are male, and I can understand how some of the "diet" mixers might feel a bit "girly" to you! But I think sugar free Red Bull is a little more macho!

I hope you have a great evening and don't totally blow your diet.

Just beware - if you usually drink beer or lager and are not used to spirits, pub measures for them are TINY and we little ladies on the slim and ginline can still get too drunk, so unless you want to be comatose when your mates are just getting drunk, keep your measures small...but anyway have a good one. Cheers!
Fruit juice will add calories, avoid it for now!

try vodka with a diet mixer. I recently switched to drinking vodka & diet coke, to co-incide with my healthy eating plan. If you are a fan of alcopops, you can now get Bacardi Breezer's with half the sugar content, so these will be better than most other alcopops, although I would advise you to steer clear of any if you are dieting!

I have also heard that the lighter in colour that the drink is, the less fattening i.e. implying that white wine is better than red etc. although I do not know if there is any truth in this.

Vodka will definately get you drunk!

Alcahol is really high in calories and weakens your willpower against snacking, so if you drink you'll ruin your diet.

The least bad drinks are spirits, so go for vodka if you must. Alternatively try just having a good laugh without getting blasted!

individually, i admire whilst a guy in basic terms provide me the possibility to hug/ cuddle whilst we are on my own. I additionally relish massages, which oftentimes takes issues to the subsequent point. it is likewise sturdy to think of roughly issues like, what can we do? reason in case you do no longer plan to sleep together with her on the 1st actual 2nd she walks in the door, there should be something to do, perchance dinner? perchance a action picture? perchance a sport of a few sort? The down time between what you the two opt to take place and the time she gets there is oftentimes awkward if there is no longer something planned to take place.

If you are on a low carb diet you can have gin, vodka and some whiskeys with diet sodas or water and it will be 0 carbs.
